Medical Center Health Care Services provides registered nurses (R.N.), licensed practical nurses (L.P.N.), and certified home health aides to care for individuals in the hospital, as well as in the home care setting. Its professional staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include: private duty nursing or skilled nursing visits; home perinatal nursing and maternal/child nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapies; and home health aides and 24 hour live-in service.

The Maternal Child Home Care Program provides postpartum teaching by experienced maternal child nurses in the comfort of one’s own home. It is especially designed for first-time families. Services include well-mother/baby nursing visits, lactation education, post NICU nursing visits, home phototherapy and laboratory tests as well as a Mother’s Assistance Program.
