the child is born. To obtain a copy of a Birth Certificate for an individual
born in Livingston, NJ, you will need to contact the Vital Statistics
Bureau for the Township of Livingston. Visit

information for Vital Statistics. Birth certificates are
not located at Livingston Town Hall.
