Birth Certificates

babyBirth Certificates are vital records and are issued by the town in which the child is born. To obtain a copy of a Birth Certificate for an individual born in Livingston, NJ, you will need to contact the Vital Statistics Bureau for the Township of Livingston. Visit livingstonnj.org/BirthCertificate to download the record request form and find the instructions and contact information for Vital Statistics. Birth certificates are not located at Livingston Town Hall.
