How Do I Use My EAP Benefit?

Make sure your employer provides One Source EAP. Your Human Resources team can verify if you are covered.

Using your benefit is simple.

  • Call One Source EAP at 1-800-300-0628 and a Central Access Specialist will answer your call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year – even holidays.
  • You’ll be asked a few questions to verify coverage and assess your situation
  • You’ll be provided with the contact information for one or more counselors within a 20 minute or 20 mile radius of the location requested.
  • Contact one or more of the providers to make your first appointment. Should you have difficulty, please contact us, One Source can help you make an appointment.
  • Once you have scheduled your initial appointment, call the (800) 300-0628 and provide the date and time of the appointment. The Access Center will then provide the selected counselor with an authorization number.
  • Should you require additional sessions, contact your insurance carrier for authorization and verification of any out of pocket expense (i.e., copay, deductible, coinsurance) that may be your responsibility
