Following discharge from the hospital, all of our patients receive a patient satisfaction survey. We take your comments very seriously so that we can continually make improvements. It is our goal to deserve your highest ratings — a score of 9 or 10 for each question on the survey. If you have any questions about admissions, the service and accommodations, your healthcare team, or your rights as a patient, please let us know during your stay so that your needs are addressed immediately.
