Constipation

Having a bowel movement less than three times per week can be defined as constipation, a disorder of the digestive system. Often, feces are hard and difficult to expel. There are many causes for constipation, including lack of fiber, inadequate exercise, depression, eating disorders, and not drinking enough water.
