The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at RWJUH

Woman exercising during cardiac rehabHeart health affects both your physical and emotional well-being. When you aren't physically well, it's hard to feel well, and even harder to be motivated to do something about it. For people with cardiac conditions especially, movement is a vitally important part of their quest for improved cardiovascular health.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) offers a medically supervised exercise regimen combined with tailored health education to improve your quality of life and help you feel better in body and mind.

Exercise physiologists and registered nurses will work with you and your cardiologist to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals.
