If you are a undergoing a cardiac procedure at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH), your care team will provide you with valuable information during your hospital stay that will guide you through a successful transition to the outpatient cardiac rehab program. Once you are an outpatient, a physician referral is needed to enter the program.
