The Satisfaction and Engagement Council serves to mentor and empower autonomy in all aspects of nursing through engagement and implementation of nurse driven goals with the purpose to increase satisfaction of both patients and staff.

Goals:

  • Collaborate with other disciplines in efforts to enhance patient and staff experience.
  • To foster a patient centered family focused environment, while ensuring patient satisfaction and engagement throughout the hospital and post discharge.
  • To effectively identify and improve barriers to patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Align with nursing leadership to increase staff satisfaction and assure needs are being met.
