Our multidisciplinary team of experienced physicians and specialists who are highly trained in their fields of expertise take a comprehensive and compassionate approach to cancer care providing individualized treatment plans for each patient

Community Medical Center offers a CyberKnife® program. CyberKnife® is an advanced technology that delivers a specialized form of radiation therapy called stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). It is the only system to continuously stay on target, despite patient or tumor motion. This is achieved by using live image guidance throughout the treatment. This technology allows tumors to be treated anywhere in the body with confidence, and without compromise. Most treatment sessions typically last 30 – 60 minutes in 5 or fewer treatments depending on the size, shape and location of your tumor.

We offer a Lymphedema Program for breast cancer patients that focuses on early assessment and treatment to help improve function and prevent long-term complications. And our Oncology Rehabilitation program offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy to mitigate the damaging effects of cancer or cancer treatment. We have one of the largest physical therapy staffs in acute care in New Jersey.

Our regional cancer center is the nucleus of exceptional cancer care, provided in a variety of settings that offer patients and their families a comfortable and healing environment close to home. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities are conveniently located on campus for the delivery of chemotherapy and advanced radiation therapy.
