Assessment and Admission

Admission to our Long Term Care services is limited to children ages 17 and under and requires a review of the child’s medical, psychological and developmental needs along with documentation of immunization, health history and social history to determine appropriateness. We invite families to tour, review our family guide and admission agreement to assist them in their decision making process. Federal regulations also require all applicants to a Medicaid-certified nursing facility be screened through the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) process. These steps along with financial clearance are all needed prior to any admission approval.
