Theresa George, MSN, FNP-BC, CME
Theresa George is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed
by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy
of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), with over seven years of experience in
primary care and occupational health. She is also a Certified Medical
Examiner authorized to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
and related evaluations.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with a strong clinical training and her Bachelor’s degree from American Sentinel University. Her clinical practice focuses on the evaluation and management of work-related injuries and illnesses, regulatory compliance, medical surveillance, OSHA-related assessments, post-offer employment physicals, and facilitating safe, timely return-to-work transitions. Her clinical background also includes numerous years of experience as an RN in Med-Surg, Emergency Room, Cardiac Telemetry, and maternal and new born area providing her with a strong and diverse foundation in rendering care to patients across the life span.
Ms. George is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and compassionate care while promoting workplace health and safety.
