Sharon Philip, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Sharon Philip earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from India in 2017. She then moved to New York where she worked as a hearing aid dispenser at a private audiology practice for four years. It was at this time that she truly discovered her passion for the field and decided to pursue a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology. She attended the Long Island Audiology Consortium and graduated in 2024.
During her clinical rotations she was able to work in a variety of settings including hospitals, ENT practices, and at the VA. She completed her residency at Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC where she was able to continue expanding her skills in vestibular testing, electrophysiological testing, cochlear implants, and other implantable devices for adults.
Dr. Philip currently holds a license to practice audiology in the state of New Jersey, maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and continues to maintain her hearing aid dispenser license in the state of New York. She enjoys providing audiological evaluation for patients of all ages, administering vestibular testing for dizzy patients, diagnostic audiological testing, and managing hearing loss with hearing aids and implantable devices.
