State-of-the-Art Surgical Facilities

da Vinci Xi Surgical System at RWJUHRWJUH surgeons were among the first in New Jersey to perform minimally invasive robotic surgeries using the da Vinci Xi Surgical System, the latest generation of robotic surgery technology. Our state-of-the-art operative suites are equipped with advanced surgical robots and staffed by a dedicated team of registered nurses skilled in patient care.

All minimally invasive pediatric surgery procedures are performed in The Bristol-Myers Squibb Children's Hospital at RWJUH's Center for Advanced Pediatric Surgery, the only surgery center of its kind dedicated solely to meeting the needs of children and families.

RWJUH is the principal teaching hospital for Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the flagship cancer hospital for Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
