Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, in conjunction with Healthier Middlesex, is pleased to present the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment for Middlesex County. The Community Health Needs Assessment is a process conducted every three years that uses quantitative and qualitative methods to systematically collect and analyze data to understand health within a specific community. The data collected in the CHNA has been reviewed, analyzed, and discussed by stakeholders across the county who comprise Healthier Middlesex, a coalition of representatives from health care, government, business, education, non-profit organizations, and faith-based communities in Middlesex County. The mission of the coalition is to work collaboratively to improve the health and well-being of all who live and work in Middlesex County.
