Want to know about free health programs in Mercer County? View our Community Education and Better Health Monthly Events Calendar below. We offer health education, nutrition, movement and arts programs, as well as a variety of support groups from grief management to stress management to caregiver support. These are open to anyone.

All programs require registration and are held at the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton, NJ, unless otherwise noted.
