EMT Initial Training
When you enroll in the course, you'll have the chance to express your interest in pursuing a career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with RWJBarnabas Health or one of its affiliated organizations.
Upon successfully passing the National Registry certification exam, you will need to fulfill various requirements, including but not limited to:

Undergoing a background check conducted by our Human Resources department.

Completing a drug screening.

Providing a DMV driver abstract.
Once you have satisfactorily met these criteria and been hired, you'll undergo an onboarding process under the guidance of a field training officer.
