Erica Miele, AuD, CCC-A
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Miele earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences
and Disorders from Emerson College in Boston. She completed her Doctor
of Audiology degree through Bloomsburg University in 2014. She completed
her externship with Philadelphia Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates in association
with Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Miele recently moved back to the
east coast after nearly 5 years in California with Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.
In her career, Dr. Miele has had the opportunity to specialize in vestibular evaluations as well as serve on a multidisciplinary team to better serve the balance population. In addition, Dr. Miele also serves the pediatric and adult populations through comprehensive hearing examinations, hearing aid services, cochlear implants, and osseo-integrated devices.
She considers New Jersey to be home and is thrilled to be back as a member of the Audiology team here with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick.
Dr. Miele currently holds a license to practice audiology in the State of New Jersey and is transitioning to obtain her New Jersey Hearing Aid license. She also maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Miele is also a certified preceptor for fourth-year audiology externs.
