Christopher DelMaestro, DO
Medical Director, RWJBH EHM APP Post-Graduate Program
Dr. DelMaestro is Jersey born and raised. Growing up in central Jersey, he attended college at Drew University in Madison, NJ where he majored in Neuroscience and played baseball for four years. After going to Tennessee and graduating from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, he came home to do his Emergency Medicine Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. After his first year as an attending at CMC, he completed an abbreviated online Simulation Fellowship at the Center for Medical Simulation. He has since presented on various simulation topics at both the regional and national level. He currently serves as Core Faculty and the Director of Simulation for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Community Medical Center. As Medical Director for the APP Post-Graduate Program, he enjoys giving feedback and preparing the next generation of APPs to excel in Emergency Medicine. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, working out, and playing the piano.
Megan McGrane, DMSc, MS, PA-C

Megan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science, a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Doctorate of Medical Science. While at Pitt, Megan was a four year letter winner and two time All-American on the Women's Volleyball Team. She was recognized as the Big East Scholar Athlete of the year in 2006. Following her time at Pitt, Megan completed her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies Degree at the Rutgers University School of Health Professions (formerly UMDNJ).
Megan serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Provider Education for the Emergency and Hospitalist Medicine Service line as well as the co-director of the Emergency Medicine APP Post-Graduate Training Program at RWJBH. She has worked clinically as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey since 2012.
Pooja Modh, MSN, FNP-C, ENP-C, CEN
Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Pooja Modh is a double board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in emergency and family medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University and shortly after completed an 18-month Post-Graduate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Emergency Medicine Program with RWJUH in 2025. Pooja began her career as a nurse in the Emergency Department and later expanded her experience in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU). Her dedication to acute and emergent care led her to pursue advanced training in emergency medicine as a Nurse Practitioner, where she continues to provide high-quality, evidence-based care as part of the RWJBarnabas Health network.
