Ann Szaporjoined Monmouth Medical Center (MMC) in August of 2024. Prior to joining MMC, Ann served as Chief Nursing Officer for Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital in Houston, Texas. Ann brings with her many years of experience in both non-profit and for profit multi-campus health care systems. She has led campus teams in the achievement of both Magnet and Baldrige designations and her expertise in building teams, leadership development, strategic planning and financial acumen have been the cornerstone of her career. Ann received her Bachelors of Science, Nursing from Villanova University and her Master’s in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
