• Poster presentation at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting
• Platform Presentation at Eastern States Residency Conference or NJSHP Residency Conference
• Written manuscript submitted for publication
• Completed residency binder with all residency deliverables
• ASHP Required Goals and Objectives must be marked as “Achieved for Residency” for 100% of ASHP outcomes R1.1.1-1.1.5, R2.1 and R3.2.2. >80% of total ASHP Required Goals and Objectives must be marked as “Achieved for Residency”
