In recognition of Stroke Awareness Month, Katrina Charles-Findlay, RN/Stroke coordinator with MMCSC, will be joining us in the demonstration kitchen for a discussion on stroke prevention. Learn the signs, symptoms and risk factors of stokes. Following the discussion, our registered dietitian will demonstrate how to prepare a low-sodium, heart healthy dish.
