About this Session: Often, school districts attempt to reduce para-professional supports, cut back related services, eliminate assistive technologies, cut back or eliminate extended school year services and also remove students from effective, appropriate placements. During this session, the attorney will share strategies to help parents work as effective members of the IEP team. The attorney will describe how to monitor the IEP and discuss a full range of conflict resolution strategies to help reach agreements, and secure services without going to court.
