Parenting an Athlete is a resiliency based 5 session parent skills training program for parents of children ages 11-18 involved in sports or considering involvement.

  • 􀀀 Designed to provide parents with skills and information to be a better parent and role model to their child
  • Create a structure for positive communication
  • 􀀀Help reinforce bond with child
  • 􀀀Help parents clarify their personal beliefs and values with regards to sports, substance abuse and life
