Project HOPE Fall 2018 Cancer Survivorship Lecture Series (Cooperman Barnabas)

Often following treatment for cancer, patients find that they need support that is different from their needs while in active treatment. To offer assistance, The Cooperman Barnabas Cancer Program Department of Psychosocial Support Services will present a free Cancer Survivorship Lecture Series entitled “Project H.O.P.E. (Helping Our Patients Excel).”

“Many individuals find that additional information and support is helpful as treatment is ending”, explains Angela McCabe, LCSW, OSW-C, Director of Psychosocial Support Services and Community Outreach at Cooperman Barnabas. “This program was created to address the wide variety of medical and emotional concerns patients might have following treatment.”

Each of the following programs will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Cooperman Barnabas Wellness Institute at the Leon & Toby Cooperman Jewish Community Center (JCC) MetroWest, 760 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052. Participants should park in the garage. Coffee and tea will be provided.
