Day-Long Meditation Retreat - RWJUH Hamilton
This retreat is a great way to jump-start (or refresh!) people’s meditation practice. We will be exploring four core meditation practices of concentration, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and “just sitting” and how to combine these to create your own personal practice. Chairs and meditation cushions will be provided( or bring your own cushion if you have one). You are encouraged to bring your own lunch, or there are nearby places to purchase lunch during the break. This will be a day of peace, simplicity, insight, compassion, and acceptance. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Fee: $20
