Join us for a virtual relaxation session of guided imagery, creative visualization and breathwork. Learn techniques to practice at home, when life's daily stressors make you feel overwhelmed.

Each one hour session is led by Nadine Roberts, Integrative Mind-Body Stress Management Practitioner.

Dates: Session are every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, beginning at 1:00 pm
