General Mood and Anxiety Disorders

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Comforting hands

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who wish to maintain their daily routine and also require more intensive therapy. Intensive outpatient treatment differs from typical outpatient care due to its use of a highly organized treatment team approach, involving both individual therapy and medication education and management.

Based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT Informed) to address anxiety and depression, IOP sessions require a minimum of 3 days per week with 9-12 hours per week of intensive group therapy, psycho-education, individual and family therapy and medication management.
