Where the Money Goes

The Women's Council for the Leon Hess Cancer Center

Proceeds raised have contributed to a wide range of services and programs offered through the Leon Hess Cancer Center which include but are not limited to the following:

  • funded State-of-the-Art Equipment
  • contributed Support for the Genetic Counseling Services
  • provided Programs and Services for Pediatric Oncology Patients through the Valerie Fund Children’s Center
  • assisted Projects at the Goldsmith Wellness Center
  • created a Library/Resource Room at the Leon Hess Cancer Center
  • provides Informative Lectures on Various Cancer Related Topics
  • funded TomoTherapy Patient Waiting Room at the Institute for Advanced Radiation Oncology
  • funded the Construction of the Newly Created Patient Navigator Space
  • committed to Funding the Patient Infusion Unit at the Leon Hess Cancer Center
