These shops not only provide valuable financial support, but also fulfill a need in the community for affordable clothing, household items, furniture, toys and other goods. It takes many dedicated people to make each shop successful, and help is always needed in a variety of roles. The staff includes markers, who accept donations and price each item as per the shop’s pricing guidelines, floor volunteers, who assist customers in locating goods and ensure the racks are maintained, cashiers, and daily managers.
