How To Apply

Candidates interested in applying for the Administrative Fellowship Program for 2026 – 2027 are encouraged to attend one of two virtual information sessions scheduled for August 7, August 20, and September 5. Please refer to the registration links below:

Application Must Contain

  • Personal Statement which addresses what you hope to gain from and an Administrative Fellowship and how you will contribute to Jersey City Medical Center. (750 words max)
  • PowerPoint (max. 10 slides) addressing why you would be the best candidate for the JCMC Fellowship Program.
  • Graduate school transcript, confirming a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of a 4.0 scale. Please include an unofficial transcript (.pdf will suffice) within your application
  • Current resume and cover letter
  • Two letters of recommendation: one professional and one academic (may be emailed directly with subject title: Recommendation Letter, LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME)
  • Applications should include one combined PDF file containing cover letter, personal statement, resume, PowerPoint, transcript, and recommendation letters (if possible). Please email applications directly to jcmcadminfellows@rwjbh.org or apply through the NAFCAS website.

Expected Timeline

The application for the 2026 – 2027 Administrative Fellowship is due on to Friday, September 19, 2025 at 5pm. Final selection will occur by the end of October 2025, following three rounds of interviews.
