Chair Yoga at the LiveWell Center (in-person)

Yoga can help harmonize, relax & rejuvenate your body, mind, and emotions. This class will help gently build muscle strength and promote flexibility, as well as improve mental clarity and focus. Our yoga practice will include physical postures, breathing techniques & meditation for a full body wellness experience. Chair yoga provides all of the benefits of a traditional yoga class without having to get down on the floor! This class includes seated movements in the chair as well as standing postures with the assistance of the chair. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome!
