Join us for movement classes at the LiveWell Center with Monmouth University Occupational Therapy Graduate Students. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. All equipment provided. This class is designed for adults 55+. Movement waiver is required for all participants.

On 9/25: Yoga Ball Drumming- Join us at the LiveWell Center for Yoga Ball Drumming. You’ll drum to the music and pump up the volume!

On 10/2: Zumba - Join us at the LiveWell Center for Zumba. You’ll move to the beat and pump up the volume!

On 10/9: Theraband Exercises - Join us at the LiveWell Center for Theraband Exercises. You’ll use resistance bands to work on strength building and stability!

On 10/23: Chair Yoga - Join us at the LiveWell Center for a Chair Yoga.This class will help gently build muscle strength and promote flexibility, as well as improve mental clarity and focus.

On 10/30: Line Dancing - Join us at the LiveWell Center for Dance Movement. You’ll move to the beat and pump up the volume!

On 11/6: Balance & Flexibility - Join the LiveWell Center and the Monmouth University Occupational Therapy Graduate Students for a class on balance and flexibility. The instructor will lead you through movements to stretch your muscles, build core strength, and improve balance and coordination.

On 11/13: Stretching - Join the LiveWell Center and the Monmouth University Occupational Therapy Graduate Students for a class on stretching. The instructor will lead you through movements to stretch your muscles, build core strength, and improve balance and coordination

On 12/4: Body Mechanics - Join the LiveWell Center and the Monmouth University Occupational Therapy Graduate Students for a class on body mechanics. The instructor will lead you through movements to stretch your muscles, build core strength, and improve balance.
