The Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) offers a variety of community outreach opportunities:

A Visit to the Hospital

Available to preschools and kindergartens, this presentation is designed to introduce children to the hospital by providing a meaningful and fun learning experience. It offers exposure to appropriate hospital equipment using “hands-on play” so children can become familiar with the hospital experience.

CHAT “Career and Health Awareness for Teens”

This program is geared toward high school students and includes workshops presented by a variety of health care professionals and tours of various hospital departments. Students gain knowledge of medically oriented careers and receive information on current health issues.
