Activity Centers for Young Children and Teens

Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital offers multiple activity centers for young children and teens

Child Life Centers

Two separate playrooms, one located in our pediatric unit and the other located in our pediatric hematology/oncology unit, are open to pediatric patients for therapeutic art and play sessions. These “safe rooms” offer patients the opportunity to express feelings about the hospital in a non-threatening environment. No procedures, exams or medical treatments are permitted in the centers.
