American Cancer Society: Road to Recovery

The American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program provides free transportation to and from cancer-related medical appointments who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. Trained volunteer drivers will pick you up, take you to your appointment, and drop you back home when you are finished at no cost to you.

Somerset County Residents

Paratransit - If you live in Somerset County and are 60+ or have a disability.

Call 908-231-7116 to register.

Medicaid/NJ Family Care

If you have Medicaid/NJ Family Care, call ModivCare (formerly known as LogistiCare).

Call 866-527-9933 two days before your medical appointment to reserve a ride.

Middlesex County Residents

If you live in Middlesex County and are 60+ or have a disability, call Middlesex County Area Transit (MCAT) at 732-745-7456 to register. For reservations, call 800-221-3520. $3.00 cost per one way trip. Call at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
