Let’s Move: Dancing Through the Decades (in-person)
Join us as we get moving and dance through the decades at this movement class. Led by the Monmouth University Graduate Occupational Therapy Doctoral Students, you’re bound to have a blast! Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. All equipment provided. Physical movement waiver is required for all participants.
