Zumba (in-person)
Join us at the LiveWell Center for Zumba with the Monmouth University Occupational Therapy Graduate Students. Get up and movin’ to the music. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. All equipment provided. Movement waiver is required for all participants.
