Nutrition for Healthy Kids: Family Cook-along

Join Jonathan Teitelbaum, MD, Chair of Monmouth Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics, Sanjna Shah, MD, Director of Monmouth Medical Center’s Pediatric Weight Management Program, and the LiveWell Center’s registered dietitian Jennifer Klein, MS, RD, to learn about nutrition as a family. Childhood overweight and obesity is a pressing health issue for our community. We will explore tips for building healthy eating habits and making smart choices. Together, we will bake a healthy dessert for all to enjoy!
