Join a virtual relaxation session of guided imagery and creative visualization led by Nadine Roberts. Learn techniques to practice at home when life’s daily stressors make you feel  overwhelmed.

You can best experience this session at home, without interruption from TV, radio, or any other extraneous sounds that might interrupt the calming effects. You will be able to fully see and hear Nadine; all participants will not be visible, and muted to avoid any distractions.
