About the New Virtual Programing and Exercise Classes

Exercise helps the immune system. Based on theory, experts across the world are encouraging exercise participation in the battle against COVID-19, as it is proven that moderate levels of exercise intensity builds immunity. Join us in the fight against COVID-19!

Work out safely in your own home while instructed by bachelors and masters prepared exercise physiologists. All you will need is a computer and internet connection.

Join our Jump Start Program! Introductory fitness classes that focuses on learning the importance of exercise and how it relates to your overall health. The Jump Start program offers:

  • Class times with rolling admission
  • Introduction to small group training

  • Preparation for the 12-week programing and disease modification based classes
