Exercise helps the immune system. Based on theory, experts across the world are encouraging exercise participation in the battle against COVID-19, as it is proven that moderate levels of exercise intensity builds immunity. Join us in the fight against COVID-19!

Work out safely in your own home while instructed by bachelors and masters prepared exercise physiologists. All you will need is a computer and internet connection.

Get a free pre-screening today to determine which of the following 12-week, clinical-based exercise programs you may be eligible for:

  • Cancer Wellness
  • Bariatric
  • Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's Disease
  • Risk Factor Modification (Focus on Weight Loss, Diabetes, Hypertension, and other Risk Factors for Heart Disease)
  • Women's Health

Throughout the 12-weeks participants receive:

  • Free pre-screening over the phone
  • Virtual evaluation
  • Two virtual small group coaching sessions per week (24 sessions over 12 weeks)
  • Home exercise programing
  • Free education and motivation tips

Some scholarship funding may be available for certain programs. Pre-screening may provide eligibility for multiple programs dependent on medical history and current risk factors. Join our Jump Start Program! Introductory fitness classes that focuses on learning the importance of exercise and how it relates to your overall health. The Jump Start program offers:

  • Class times with rolling admission
  • Introduction to small group training
  • Exercise programing that assists with decreasing risk factors for heart disease
  • Preparation for the 12-week programing and disease modification based classes
