Recreational Therapy Programs in our Mountainside & Toms River Facilities:

  • Patient Cuddler - Provide socialization and play opportunities with residents under the age of 3 (must be 21 years of age and older).

  • Patient Pal - Assist resident with homework and socialization opportunities.

  • Room Buddy - Assist at bedside to engage residents in play and socialization activities.

  • Open Playroom - Assist children with assorted play activities during open recreation time.

  • Evening Recreation - Assist children with assorted play activities during open recreation time.

Activity Connection - Social Programs in Mountainside, New Brunswick & Toms River:

  • Adaptive Aquatics - Provide one to one with participants to engage them in swim activities and to ensure safety.

  • Evening Recreation - Provide assistance and supervision for individuals with disabilities (ages 8-21) during social and recreational activities.

  • Friday Night Fever - Provide assistance and supervision for individuals with disabilities (ages 13-21) during social and recreational activities in the community.

  • Martial Arts - Provide one to one supervision of assigned child during class to ensure safety.

  • Supportive Swim - Provide one to one with participants to engage them in swim activities, games, free play and to ensure safety.

  • Teen Night - Provide assistance and supervision for individuals with disabilities (ages 13-21) during social and recreational activities.

  • Yoga - Provide one to one supervision of assigned child during class to ensure safety.
