Long Branch, N.J., November 22, 2022 – Mother-Baby Unit Patient Care Associate Madonna Andrews was named Monmouth Medical Center’s Employee of the Month for November. In nominating Andrews, the Maternal/Child Shared Governance Council praised her for her outstanding service to patients, her commitment to teamwork and her boundless kin. They wrote:
“Madonna makes an impact each and every day. She assists C-section patients out of bed, transports NICU moms to and from the Regional Newborn Center to visit their babies, provides a helping hand to nervous new mothers and partners with nursing staff to provide optimal care. She is always willing to help, consistently anticipates the needs of others, and is always respectful and professional. Her hard work does not go unnoticed by those she works with on a daily basis and across the division. Madonna leads by example.”
