The Green Apple Rx Food FARMacy enables families and individuals with little to no access to healthy food options and who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity or hypertension, to receive free counseling with a registered dietitian and free food at the Green Apple Rx Food FARMacy, which is conveniently located in the Greenville Ambulatory Care Center in Jersey City.
