Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton will launch its free Better Health Program, based out of the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton, NJ, on September 8, 2020. The program, designed for adults age 65 and better, combines medical education, interesting lifestyle topics, and fun activities, offered year-round, both in-person and online.
Members benefit from the expertise of The Better Health Team. Sara Ali, MD, Geriatric & Internal Medicine, focuses on the specific needs, concerns, and questions that are key to living a healthy life. Joyce Cantalice, the Better Health Program Manager, creates programs and activities to engage the mind, body, and spirit. Together, they help members choose healthy aging. “We believe our members have earned VIP status and treatment. With the Better Health program, we strive to provide that through exceptional medical care for mature adults. Then, we add engaging events and valuable benefits – at no cost to our members – for a true holistic approach to wellness after age 65,” says Cantalice.
The program is free to join for adults over 65. For more information and to sign up, call 609-584-6422 or visit rwjbh.org/hamiltonbetterhealth.
