Special Screening Program for People at High Risk for Breast Cancer

Our High Risk Breast Cancer Screening Program includes genetic counseling services to help those who are high risk understand their risk factors and determine what actions they can take to protect themselves and their families.

You may be at an elevated risk for breast cancer based on a combination of personal, lifestyle or genetic risk factors. The American Cancer Society defines a woman as “high risk” for breast cancer if her lifetime risk of developing the disease is 20 percent or higher.
