Reiki means “universal life force” which is a noninvasive gentle touch that accelerates the body’s natural healing processes, supports mental and emotional healing and gives an overall sense of well-being. Learn this powerful technique and be able to practice on yourself, friends and pets. You will explore the history of Reiki, learn proper hand placement, trauma informed care and have lots of time for practice. Limited to 6 students, Manual included.
