Free Vascular Screening Program - Newark Beth Israel Medical Center
If you are over age 60 and have any of the following conditions:
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Smoke
- Diabetes
- Family history of vascular disease
- Previous heart or leg treatments
- Prior stroke
You may be at high risk for non-cardiac vascular diseases such as abdominal aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease and peripheral vascular disease, which can cause death or disability to countless Americans each year.
