RWJBarnabas Health offers an award-winning cardiovascular and thoracic care program through a vast clinical network that spans New Jersey. Our multidisciplinary teams comprised of cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, and echocardiographers; alongside our dedicated team of nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and staff are here for you. Our teams are able to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care that uses evidence-based guidelines, as well as leading-edge noninvasive, invasive, diagnostic, and therapeutic techniques and therapies.

Overall, RWJBarnabas Health has one of the largest heart transplant programs in the nation, the largest pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery programs in New Jersey, and the only Advanced Lung Disease and Transplant Program in New Jersey. In addition, we continue to push the field in innovation having historically performed more Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacements (TAVR) than any other health system in New Jersey.
