Technological Advancements

Clara Mass Medical Center offers sophisticated cardiac services that include diagnostic testing, cardiac catheterization, emergency and elective angioplasty, a cardiac rehabilitation suite, and CardioMEMS — a miniaturized wireless monitoring sensor for congestive heart failure patients.

We have also introduced state-of-the-art intracoronary lithotripsy (shockwave), which delivers ultrasound waves at high pressures to break down calcium in hard calcified blockages, allowing for a better expansion of blood vessels and safer stent delivery.
